Our Research
Our Mission
Our Goals
As a collective lab, we explore exercise-related psychological variables (e.g., motivation, self-efficacy, instructional cues), body image and self-presentation across a diversity of populations.
Broadly speaking, the mission of our research is to improve physical and psychological health among various populations.
1. Understand why people choose to exercise.
2. Improve exercise adherence.
3. Improve quality-of-life, well-being, and health.
